Traditional single-level deck removed and replaced with a new multiple-level deck that allowed more space for outdoor entertaining - designed specifically for this clients needs. From large dinner parties to quiet coffee in the mornings - this is the perfect outdoor retreat.
Boring single level deck with straight stairs was removed for this client in order to create a custom-designed and built outdoor family room. New deck features a roof that blends with the existing roof to create a beautifully functional entertainment area. Included in this design is a ceiling fan, can lights, lighted balusters and protected space for a flat screen TV - just what the client ordered!
From broken up concrete slab to new deck with wrap-around steps and privacy screen - this backyard was transformed to meet the needs of the homeowner.
This homeowner wanted a more appealing place to relax and watch the wildlife cross the yard. We designed and built this deck to allow just that! We also were able to access the sun porch to make it more user-friendly for them.
New homeowner needed to have fence built to contain her dogs. This fence has 6' cedar pickets and two gates were built for ease of access for mowing.
Old falling-in porch replaced by new structural elements, insulation, siding and floor. Much more stability to get into the house. This was left as an open porch instead of trying to enclose it again. Homeowner wanted to paint it herself, once the treated lumber had time to dry out.
This deck was built using treated lumber for framing, composite decking for walking surface and cedar for balusters and handrails. In order to hide the raw edges, we finished the edges with a "picture frame" type of treatment. What a great upgrade for the homeowner
The sliding door to the back yard was not very usable. The trees were taken out and we built a deck with stairs to ground level. We enclosed the cantilevered area under the deck to prevent debris from building up under the deck.
After removing a temporary ramp that was poorly constructed, the homeowner wanted a nicer deck so she could have a place to sit outside to read and relax. We built her a small deck and installed a solid skirt to prevent debris build-up under the deck.
This deck was constructed with treated lumber, composite decking and cedar handrails and balusters.
New cedar siding to replace the old siding on this house by the lake. What a beautiful update to this home.
